🎨 CUSTOM DESIGN

Your bag will be customized based on the theme, colors, names/wording and design information you provide when ordering. Please include as much information as possible in your order notes so I have a good starting point when designing your bag!

If you need to send example/inspiration photos or additional information, you may email aharman@branding-spot.com those to us AFTER your order has been placed. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the email subject line so we can easily match everything to your order.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ORDER DETAILS OR INSPIRATION PHOTOS THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSAGES. This makes it much easier for us to keep all customization information organized and attached to the correct order.

Because every bag is custom designed, exact colors, bead placement, accessory styles and layouts may vary slightly from example photos.

Please double-check your bag size, color and all order information BEFORE checking out. Inventory for this clear out is extremely limited. Once a bag option sells out, IT'S GONE — we will not be adding inventory or restocking sold-out options!

⏰ TURNAROUND TIME + DESIGN PROCESS

Please allow UP TO 28 BUSINESS DAYS for your completed order to ship.

These orders will be processed in batches and in the order they are received.

Once I reach your order in the queue:

1. I will create a mockup based on the details and information you provided in your order notes.

2. We will work together to make any needed adjustments and finalize your pieces/design.

3. Once your mockup is approved, your custom pieces will officially go into production.

4. After mockup approval, please allow up to 5 additional business days for production/completion.

Please keep an eye out for your mockup when your order comes up in the queue. Delays in responding or approving your design may delay completion of your order.
